    Superior Homes, Inc. has a passion for great home design. We build homes like they are our own. Having built in the Edwardsville and Glen Carbon areas for over 20 years, we have a strong reputation of quality construction and happy customers.

  2. How long does it take to build a custom home?

    Every home-building project is different when it comes to duration. Your new home will most likely be completed within six to eight months from the time we break ground. The amount of time it takes depends on home size, weather conditions and if the buyer makes changes throughout the building process. Our priority at Superior Homes, Inc. is to complete your home to our standards before closing to ensure you can enjoy your home from the first day you move in. Sacrificing quality is never an option.

  3. How do I get started?

    We will sit down and get an idea of your vision. We will answer any questions you might have and help you determine how to best proceed with your custom home.

  4. How do I find a floor plan?

    We have several floor plans from which to choose. We can make changes to a plan or completely draft a new plan to fit your custom wants and needs.

  5. How do I pick a lot?

    We are here to help you find the right location for your dream home. We are always on the lookout for great lots to secure for future customers. We will walk you through as many lots as you wish to show you exactly where your home will stand. Superior Homes, Inc. will help you find the perfect lot for your dream home.

  6. What can I choose?

    If you are having us build your home from the ground up, you can choose anything you want. We will include you in the design and build process. If you are buying a home we have already started building, it will depend on where we are in the building process.

  7. Will there be extra costs over and above the construction bid price?

    There are no hidden costs or extras.  Any design modification requests during construction are documented with a change order that reflects the additional cost or credit to your home’s fixed price. We obtain your approval before we implement changes.

  8. Does the house come with a warranty?

    Every house Superior Homes, Inc. builds comes with a one-year warranty. We do not just hand over the keys and walk away. We can be there in the future for your ongoing needs.
